Hi Jan et al, I'm assuming that the nysebp reversed today--
(I can't remember how to get the daily chart on Tom's site)
(what is it you type???) at any rate assuming that it
did reverse, here is how some of the key indexes stood
on key dates for those into market timing

May 12 Dow 30 NYSE Comp. NASDAQ Russell 2000
(BP reverses) 9161 578.28 1860 476

June 16
(Bear confirmed) 8665 558.92 1753 438

July 6
(BP reverses) 9091.77 590.82 1909.47 459.97

I think it was either Eric or Bruce who was asking for a location
for historical index quotes. I got these at stocksite.com.
i don't include sp 500 because I can't figure out the symbol at
that site. Perhaps someone can figure it out for me. I don't
think that the historical quotes can be downloaded at stocksite.com.

aol, however, does have a download feature for historical index
quotes...

i'll try to post some similar info tomorrow using some of the
other key indicators ie., optional bullish percent, etc etc

cheers-ray

P.S> well the chart doesn't look right
but I think you can make sense of it if you look closely
