I filed a complaint a couple of weeks ago. I did it

complaint, things seemed to quiet down for a while.
could just be coincidental though.

Rob, do you have access to level II data? How can
you tell the MM's are trading among themselves?
It seems as though they are. My only other idea is
maybe some selling of Reg. S converted shares.
