Hi, Emile -- I'm sorry that you feel that way. As I told others on this thread, I believe that God speaks to us still, and allows us to see His handiwork; it is truly awe-inspiring. Regarding your statements about science and scientists, we are no better nor any worse than any other random group of individuals (pehaps more curious!), and are subject to temptation and egoism. This may lead to spurious conclusions and even fraud in some cases, but the scientific method is self-correcting and will find the PHYSICAL truth.

I am not aware that Archaeopteryx has been declared a forgery. I do know that other fossils found recently are creating a stir, and that there is a spirited debate over whether they are closer in time to modern birds or whether they represent a separate, earlier lineage. I am not a paleontologist, so I can't respond with greater accuracy.

Regards,
Jeff
