mike, the form is the same as the Arakis floorless, except that in Arakis' case, it was before the SEC tightened up on Reg S, thus the only way you could know something was afoot, was to look at the technical behavior (which i did at the time when I donned my Arakis $2 man hat, gee, it is almost two years now). Here it is a Reg D, I believe and disclosure is almost immediate, thus holders willing to look at reality have time to take appropriate action. They can weigh the potential of the concession against the possibility of major dilution and price decline, has it has happened in many other floorless I have followed down death spirals.
