David, Auric ...... I must admit this is quite an interesting way to play your respective games. As Mr. Travis made the reference to "check-Mate" I must wonder who exactly are the pawns and who will end up KING.

I must say it seems round one goes to Mr. Travis as he has managed to keep the stock price up, even if artificially......

One question on Buy Ins.......I would like to ask it of both of you as I know the answers will be competely different....

Trav....If you called for abuy in why would you sell 80,000 shares to the enemy??? could you have forced these shorts into the open market for the required shares????

Auric....Does the MM calling for a buy in have to supply the shares??? If not where else would one go to get them??? And will TRAV selling those 80,000 (to FAHN) show up as insider selling???
