Mr. Morris you have read all of my posts and know that I have no Pros,only a lack of verifiable information which all have to go in the con column. I have researched literally thousands of companies and have never found one like Global Games. The only information that I have been able to find on the internet is news releases from GLOW. The same with everyone of the companies that they say they are affiliated with. The compustat database has nothing. Standards and Poors...nothing, etc etc etc.. Send message to Global Games asking for list of officers and board of directors and receive it, within days they announce that CEO has resigned and new one appointed, and board changed. They announce completion of several company takeovers and than an unraveling of them. They announce that they are trying to get back (haven't announced how they plan do reverse a completed merger) 13M shares and than oooops its 20M, and than oops maybe more we don't know. They announce that they will be fully reporting by the end of June 98 and than do not make it. I send an e-mail to their auditors to verify they have the contract to audit GLOW and my e-mails are returned with non-acceptances. They announce that they have a letter of intent on managing Burnt church and than silence. I have done many letters of intent, and they contain everything that will be in the final contract, small transition from letter of intent to contract. They announce that they are affiliated with Wolf Key and we find out that Wolf Key is in the same building as Millenium Group. DD their location and find out that they are in the same building and rooms as Redoak management, and that CEO is on their board of directors. I am getting tired or would go on for hours, however bottom line is that there are just to many inconsistencies. Receive an e-mail from Gary Borglund, highly irritated by my posts on SI. I immediately call him and talk for 20 minutes discussing the lack of information. He is irritated that I remarked that he had sold 500K shares, which of course was not true. I stated it as a hypothetical case and got lucky and guessed the number of shares of stock that he had. Coincidence? He told me that he would answer all of my questions and return them to me shortly and in fact had most of them already answered. That was over 3 weeks ago, and still have not received answers. That is typical of other investors that I have talked to or have sent me PM. Can't make it any clearer than that. It is not a company that I could invest in at this time because of the lack of verifiable data. Bottom line: If I as a experienced investor can't research this company, I have to believe that no one else on this thread has been able to either. I am willing to be proven wrong and have stated it before. If someone on this thread has the facts to support a buy in this stock step up to the plate and throw the ball.
