They probably knew the court date was upcoming and bought into what David painted to us clearly, DBII would probably lose the appeal. Now to state the technically obvious... I posted in reply exchange2000.com that we were in a downtrend. Well folks, we're still in that same downtrend. And we're back testing the resistance line ($6-13/16). If we can't break it... we could be back retesting lows. Also, there are 721 call options opened versus 10 put contracts. Is that bearish??? I just love being skeptical...NOT! Happily Long IDX, Duke
