I went back and tried to open posts prior to #462 and found them blank. Does anyone else have the same experience?

The reason I went back is I was looking for the URL to the page where
Senator Bennett announced the Y2K panel (which C-SPAN didn't cover) he chaired. The URL I'm looking for contained comments about how much
of the national power grid would be Y2K compliant by Y2K. If anyone
knows the URL I'd appreciate your passing it along.
