Ron Luhmann Enjoy the Pacific breezes on your government scholarship. Hopefully your trip will signal a rise in triby. I leave mid August. If history is any sign, every time I go on a major trip, the market makes a major move. I arrived in Tokyo the day before the 87 Friday crash and returned two weeks later. My last two trips coincided with major rises. There's obviously no science in this but to me triby's rise is inevitable. Only the shorts are going to be disappointed.
