Just look at the debt to equity ratio 7:1 at last count
I am sorry, but your ratios are very, very wrong.
Total liabilities 6,909,694 Total stockholders' (deficit)(5,873,256)
Debt=$6,909,694 Equity does not exist. Deficit means NEGATIVE equity. So just for the sake of laughs, even if it WERE possible to come up with a ratio with a negative equity(deficit), which it isn't, the ratio would be 6909694/5873256=
1.18
Apparently your math isn't too good, nor are your financial statement analysis skills.
Trying to calculate a debt to equity ratio with a deficit is kind of like trying to calculate a PE ratio with negative earnings. Hey why don't you calculate us a PE on TSIG too, just for laughs. Let's see just how many times our trailing 12 months' losses we are trading times, that will give us a good judgement of where this stock is going.
it's also been rumored the company has been selling into the runnup, I'd be careful with this one.
Who is "the company?" I assume you mean TSIG obviously, but the only rumors I've heard are that Gordon was selling into the runup and that was found to not be true.
A reverse split is in the works. Just look at the debt to equity ratio 7:1 at last count.
Please explain what the debt to equity ratio has to do with a reverse split and where are you getting these rumors from?
Saying "A reverse split is in the works." without anything after it saying that this is your opinion (IMO or IMHO), basically makes it sound like you are stating fact which obviously you are not. Be a little more careful in the future (next 30 days).
