T.G.W., you said...
>>Mr. Morris you have read all of my posts and know that I have no Pros, only a lack of verifiable information which all have to go in the con column.
Just curious, what do you consider "verifiable information"?
>>I have researched literally thousands of companies...
That can be done in one sitting with a decent piece of software and access to the right data.
>>... and have never found one like Global Games.
GOOD!! GLOW has obviously found a nitch, then! :-)
>>The only information that I have been able to find on the internet is news releases from GLOW.
Gee Whiz! That's amazing since GLOW isn't a reporting company. Let me define non-reporting company to you...they don't file form 10's with the SEC so nothing is available in EDGAR. Analysts won't touch it with a ten foot poll (analysts typically won't touch any penny stock). Golly, T.G.W.! I think you've uncovered a...a...cover up!
>> They announce that they are trying to get back (haven't announced how they plan do reverse a completed merger) 13M shares and than oooops its 20M, and than oops maybe more we don't know.
Prior management was a piece of work! Another reason we can get in at firesale prices!
>> They announce that they will be fully reporting by the end of June 98 and than do not make it.
You keep bringing up this tired old "scandal". Gary has already addressed this! Reporting by the end of the second quarter is filing by the due date of the 2nd quarter form 10! It's due 45 days after the end of the quarter! Look for fully reporting status by August 14th as the company announced!
>I send an e-mail to their auditors to verify they have the contract to audit GLOW and my e-mails are returned with non-acceptances.
So what?!?! The auditing firm doesn't owe you anything!
>> They announce that they have a letter of intent on managing Burnt church and than silence.
WOW!! No there's real scandal!! They announce a letter of intent and then decide not to release anything else on the deal until it's finalized!! What a travesty!!! BTW, I am part owner of a small software company that has developed a state-of-the-art predictive dialing system (bare with me here). We completed a letter of intent 4 months ago with a company on a $500K contract. The customer wanted the system installed by June 1. The deal is still not finalized (hold-up due to delays at the customer - now we're shooting for August 1). We still have not announced the deal to our investors even though we've received a down payment. If we had, we'd already be two months behind and still no signed contract! T.G.W., you obviously have not spent much time in the business world!
>>I have done many letters of intent, and they contain everything that will be in the final contract, small transition from letter of intent to contract.
I have done several letters of intent and many of them didn't even remotely resemble what was initially discussed! We're talking high technology here...not widgets!
>> They announce that they are affiliated with Wolf Key and we find out that Wolf Key is in the same building as Millenium Group. DD their location and find out that they are in the same building and rooms as Redoak management, and that CEO is on their board of directors.
Yeah...yeah...yeah... So what?!?! They all share common principals. Maybe that's why GLOW cancelled the deal!
>>I am getting tired or would go on for hours, however bottom line is that there are just to many inconsistencies.
Omigosh! Inconsistencies with an upstart penny BB company!?!? Call in the FBI!!!
>>Receive an e-mail from Gary Borglund, highly irritated by my posts on SI.
I don't blame him! You have mercilessly attacked this stock with innuendo, baseless claims, and outright falsehoods. You've got a bunch of people worried so Gary has to spend all day answering phone questions and responding to e-mails. And then when he does respond to an e-mail, he gets laid into for misspelling someone's name!
>>He told me that he would answer all of my questions and return them to me shortly and in fact had most of them already answered. That was over 3 weeks ago, and still have not received answers.
Wait a minute! First you say he had most of them already answered and in the same breath you say you still haven't received answers! No wonder Gary hasn't responded back! What's the point! All he'd be doing is giving you information to twist as you wish!
>>That is typical of other investors that I have talked to or have sent me PM.
Yeah! Right!
>>Can't make it any clearer than that. It is not a company that I could invest in at this time because of the lack of verifiable data.
Can't make it any clearer than this...if all the info was freely available (and it will be shortly) and it validated what the company has been saying (my DD suggests it will), then the stock will not be trading at $.22! It will be trading at several multiples of the that!
Good luck on your other investments!
