Does anyone know the bottom line here in terms of outcome for Pierce and ramifications for MIDL?

For Midland none. For Mark none because Mark suit in not part of the NY suit any longer plus Mark did not sell during the wrongful promotion that Joe guy did. Plus Joe was paid in cash not with stock.

After something like this happens the SEC names all officers of a compnay in a civil suit. However Midland was not named.

GB

PS Because of this suit and getting named Mark is not going to take a chance on screwing up. He is going by the SEC rules and doing what he has to do. What is that old saying nail me once shame on you... Mark is doing everything as expediously as possible. MArk is the one that placed the stop transfers. Until people understand civil suits vs criminal suits I guess we will go though this. MArk is not the bad guy but worling in the best interest of Midland and he is ticked off about what has happened to say the least. He is not looking to settle he wants everything taken back ... money, stocks etc.
