Cincy and all:

Although the results were obviously a major disappointment, it seems difficult to me to make a case that the bad news is not already reflected in the quote. The company would still have positive eps were it not for the non-recurring charge; and would seem to have decent earnings without the drag of Chem. When one considers these factors, combined with the very healthy backlog, with the promise of added business in the higher margin fab units, the current quote looks extremely reasonable.

Those who were advocating a buy at twelve were obviously wrong. Those now advocating a sell at five seem just as obviously wrong to me. This is the sort of issue that one should not leverage one's self in, but can nevertheless take advantage of selling by those who have been leveraged now being forced out; and those following suit in panic. This is a fairly substantial company, with healthy contracts in the works. Why sell now?

best regards
