Napier will truly soar as the OSHA regs come into play this summer. My take on this company holds that a truly revolutionary product has been stumbled upon by a small operation with limited resources. As this company gets its "shite together" we will truly witness the evolution of a major player. I've quietly done my homework; and, I for one, am satisfied that a very good upside potential exists.
