Philip Morris is down because the gov't is playing hardball. Once the Democrat is gone, and the Republican is back in power then philip morris should do a little better. Cigarette will be around for a long time, the drug dealers is making a sea of money from the tobacco industry. MO is a active trader on the NYSE everyday, so people do have interest in this stock. The market will bid up the price once the criteria has been achieved assuming the dow jones is still alive.
