I've been reading this thread for about the last 6 months, and now I finally get to add my 2 cents. nougie, I really enjoy you cynicism. One thing that this thread has lacked IMHO is a healthy dose of skepticism. I mean, the most entertaining time ocurred when Leroyt and Joe Sing were going at it day and night. I checked the thread three times or more a day to catch the next punch -- I mean post. WRT, MISM..I must state how everything appears to have been done backwards on this deal. First, they announced the acquisition; then they arranged the financing. Meanwhile, people are accumulating stock on spec. Ouch! What's happened to the auto deal? The last press release didn't even mention it. Sound like maybe the seller went to another company with money. I mean, if you had a business you wanted to spin off, would you sit on your hands for 6 months to see if the chimps you signed a letter with actually came up with the money? Meanwhile, you're bleeding red? Just find another buyer, simple.
