Scrapps, standards cannot be patented... that is not what I said. Maybe I was not clear, but what I tried to suggest is that X2 is based upon proprietary know how (i.e. a protocol). IF this sort of know how is protectable by patent law, trade secret, or some other means entirely, USRX is very well positioned... especially if it becomes widely deployed. (i.e. a defacto standard)
