Don't expect ROTIP to get to 2.7X ROTI's price. It almost never trades that high. I believe there are restrictions on converting ROTIP when ROTI is less than $1 (actually, when it is less than $3 in some cases.) The bottom line is that if ROTI and ROTIP go up soon, (as I believe they will), ROTI will yield the higher percentage return. The interesting thing to note is the fact that ROTIP seems to follow ROTI's price chronologically. So if ROTI moves up and you miss it, you might still have time to jump on ROTIP before the MM's move the bid/ask up to accomodate the price movement in ROTI.
