I have to contradict you on our chance to vote. Many of us did not receive our packets until the day of or the day before the meeting. It does not matter though and I will tell you why.

1. Check Central owns the majority of the shares and they had the deciding vote. Even though they did not have the majority of total shares they basically held the majority of the shares outstanding.

2. Both Eric Gaer and Check Central wanted the reverse split. They both have either been paid in stock either for services or for assets. If those two people want it, it must be for a good reason. They make money if the stock rises.

3. The people who pumped this stock live on the internet fooling unsuspecting fools. They are probably hyping another stock for a one week turnaround. One day they might come back and cause this company to jump and then fall.

4. Why would the company not want to pump and dump their stock? Because they are in it for the long haul and any time you get pumped and dumped, it weakens the stock...far worse than the reverse split ever does.
