I fully agree with you. When the contract is signed the price of the stock or the average price of the stock has been set. But since we only have a letter of intent, it can be assumed that neither the price of Berwynn or the stock has been set. Believe me; I feel even at 12,500,000 shares, Berwynn is a great deal..but if our stock price rises then we could get an amazing deal. We could double our company for a third of the cost.
I might be wrong about that..it really is not that important. And if Jeff is right, we might get a sweetheart deal. Can't wait for earnings
