I hate to be the bearer of bad news as I am new to the post, but you should be aware of
a few things.

For the record I had owned a substancial amount of shares in SCTI over a period of
time. I have gotten to know the tendencies and reactions of the CEO. This is why I have
dumped my shares at a loss.

1) Re-read the "Homerun" press release. I translated that release as false enthusiasm .
Why? He mentioned that Microsoft and Thrustmaster had competing products but his
was better because it had a bigger motor. Having heard this gentleman for awhile now, I
know that he is really admitting that he is defeated. This is not a sports car. Bigger is not
more horsepower. It is less cost efficient, more awkward, and outdated. Remember
how big the Atari 2600 joysticks were. Were they better? Plus SCTI does not have the
name recognition of Microsoft and the current major shelf space currently occupied by
Thrustmaster in all of the major stores.

2) The reverse split.

I personally did not vote for the split and do not think it will pass. And if it doesn't pass
the CEO has already let it be known that he will be real unhappy. It would not be out of
character for him to say screw the stockholders and load up his pockets through other
means. I see it as no win either way. Split or no split.

Do yourself a favor and get out of this one. Because I am pretty sure you will be able to
buy it back for .05 or less. If it doesn't fall off the board completely. Good advice from
a good investor. Do your DD.
