Do you have any info about how small ? Where will they get their
memory technology from ? Going to a very small die will be
challenging because that will require very small linewidths. At those
linewidths execution and indeed yield will be the issue for sure. At
a given design with given linewidts there is not much of an intrinsic
die area benefit to the "system-on-a-chip" technology except maybe
some bond pads.
