It seems to me that Pfizer has every right to seek legal recourse from the two HMO that said that Viagra was unsafe.They had no factual evidence to back up their statement and it was damaging to Pfizer. Previous cases like this were awarded large compensation for damages. Perhaps they don't want to agrivate the HMO
