James...Hecla has an agreement to purchase 670,500 shares @ $1.00. Also, a 60% share in the La Jojoba project if certain financial committments are made (US $1.1 million, US $400,000 property payment etc.)... Why would AQI do this if shares are trading at well over $1.00? So...that means that your not related to Irene either? Dave
