Here's a good on. Bear in mind, it's all a matter of perception. Consider this stuff GOOD NEWS:

dear this stock was not picked for delisting..........the company was doing great. Turns out
the mafia had influenced a brokerage house to manipulate the price. Well NASDAQ had
there eye on these folks for a year. Well when they took it down they also took the
president of the company halted trading then delisted them. As of right now the justice is
trying to settle with the president of the company for wrongly accusing him. He had nothing
to do with the wrong doing. There were some question about the audit but the auditors used
the NASDAQ guide lines and if it was a boo boo it was with the way the auditors did things
not the company. There was a law suit by investors against the company but seeing they
did nothing wrong the lawsuit is now against NASDAQ for delisting a company without
proper justification. If NASDAQ does not allow the trading to continue within two weeks the
lawyers are going to start there precedings. Mean time the compant has sold some
properties and bought some and are in the green. Matter of fact they cclaim to be better off
then before this started. So the trading being halted could be to everyones benifit that they
were no able to get rid of there stock. If they are in as good shape as they say then this is
great.
