I haven't really followed this particular thread very well, but are you all aware of stockdetective's current status? That is, they are under investigation for printing negative articles about stocks they have shorted....

Basically, stockdetective is part of a larger organization- AXCESS, I believe, that is in bed with one or more MMs. They are accused of taking short positions in stocks with these MMs, then trashing stocks in order to cover their positions.
There has been a large amount of talk about this on Joe Copia's and the Dog House threads.
I was in 2 of these stocks, and it isn't pretty. When stockdetective picks a stock for destruction, it is swift and complete. I saw one go from 9 to 2, then another go from 1.50 to .63. Both had been stable at their prices for a considerable period of time...then the stockdetective arrived.

Disclaimer: I (ztect) have not personally verified the veracity of the above claims. However, I was one of the people who reported the "Stock Detective's" activities to the SEC so I wouldn't be surprised if the above allegations are true.
Considering the "Stock Detective's" stated mission, this detective's purported actions are truly IRONIC......or shall I say one of the lowest forms of duplicity I have ever seen demonstrated. So much for contrition.
