CBSL is written up in on Investor's Business Daily's New America Page,
A4 in today's paper.

Some of the highlights are:

* Their three acquisitions since 11/97 -- resulting in expansion of services to clients

* Business is booming for Y2K services -- they only take assignments that provide work well beyond 2000.

* Article says that operating margins -- profits before interest and taxes -- are 4 times higher overseas than in U.S.

* CBSL's two Indian data centers made up 12% of it's revenue in 1st qtr.

* Sanctions imposed on India for Nuclear testing did not have negative effect on business; in fact overseas business signed up increased since sanctions were announced.

* Number of IT Pros hired as a result of two of the three acquisitions is over 1500.

* Earnings for 1998 expected to be .$71, a 73% increase over 1997; earnings for 1999 expected to be $.95 ( Per 1st call )
