NASD Tells Analysts To Back Up Views

Wall Street analysts could face regulatory heat if they disclose to clients more information than they publish in research reports and can't back it up. That's the word from the National Association of Securities Dealers' regulatory arm in a disciplinary action against a former Stephens analyst.

Will we see a Needham instead of Stephens in the near future. :-)
