I also was thinking about the same issue, who is selling at this price. I keep coming up with individual investors as the answer since the volume is relatively light.

Micro caps can defy logic sometimes, as one person dumping a position can keep a stock down when all indications are that the stock should be steady to up. With the fall from the 2 level, I think we maybe seeing some weak hands getting out near the bottom.

Just thoughts, I have no data to back these statements up.
