Question, if the reverse split is really a takeover by Check central, is it possible that they could want the assets [patents and contracts, etc.,] and not have much concern about the stock value? I agree very much with the belief that the holders of shares in GLCP otherwise would not want to devalue the stock. Can I get some feedback on this?
