Keith,

This makes for an interesting study in the effects of Press Releases, timing, and investor reactions. During the recent Supercomm event in Atlanta last month (June 6) this announcement was made amidst many other similar announcements in the usual frenzy of PRs we've comet to expect for such events. And the stock price was unaffected.

Today, fully one month later, it reappears, and the stock takes a pop.

Go figure. What are your conclusions?
