Charts do give past history info, but they also can give you probablities for actions a chart will take in the future. Head and shoulders are clasic formations found on many charts and if you learn to read them then they can help you make buy/sell decisions. I had owned AGPH for quite a while before they even got their approval. I do not sell stocks short even though in this case I probably would have made a good profit. As I said I like the company, but I have learned over time that falling in love with a company is not always the best way manage my money.
