I FORGOT ABOUT RUSSELL 3000 INDEX ANNOUNCEMENT.

TAVA's made the last 3 cuts, and the final Russell 3000 index will be announced tonight (July 7) after 6:00 pm.

This explains to me why so many shorts showed up yesterday.
