Call the CEO and let him know your feelings. They are doing some good things but also wish they would hire somebody like Noble House of Boston or the Market Plus Journal out of NYC to start a PR campaign.

Both these outfits have a huge database of brokerage contacts to give this stock a kick.

Without big news that identifies a revenue stream or delivers more hope, this may be stuck for awhile.
