I noticed 200,000 shares crossed yesterday. seller was McDermid and the buyer was Midland. As McDermid have been on the aggressive sell side lately, I would take this as a very good buy signal.

Also on the chart front, NRT has recently broke through the positive on it's 5 and 10 day trading averages. Although we are still a ways off from the 20 and 40 day averages, the chart tends to indicate that we will stay on the positive and head towards these averages.
