HTSF Advisory from Benjamin Shell: I have received numerous calls regarding what is happening to our stock over the last 2 days. I believe that it is prudent for me to advise publicly about what is happening since I have advised individuals regarding this as they have called. Nearly everyone who trades HTSF knows that the volume in our stock from late last week through this morning is very unusual. What I can tell you is that we rejected an offer (which was very lousy for HTSF and our shareholders) from a very, very well to-do investor who I have been meeting with since last October and such individual is not happy with me about rejecting his offer and pressure is obviously being applied in a manner which such individual feels will force our participation. Little does he understand the countenance of a well worn and determined company its CEO. How long can you sell stock at a loss and then how long do you have to cover a short position? I am angry about such a blatent attempt to manipulate our stock and I will do something about it. Benjamin
