Is there any risk involved in trying to get into TLAB through CCSC? I have been looking to get into TLAB and this looks to good to be true. Especially with TLAB up today and CCSC down. What is the risk? Is there a chance for the deal to fall through? Is the .72 factor concrete or can that vary? Any input on this would be greatly appreciated!
