I was out at 41 3/8 on the way to 50. Because ORBCOMM is not the whole story here, I will look at it again near 30. BTW, they say that 'cos they haven't cancelled the IPO, only postponed it, they still cannot answer my EMail questions about possible sat redesign and about the real reason for the extra plane of sats.
