Well, one reason could be that their venture into Semi Equipment contract manufacturing has fallen far short of expectations. This is partly due to the overall downfall of the market but mainly the fault of their relationship with MRC, now Tokyo Electron. Hopefully the valve Biz will pick up for them. Cheers
