I spoke with company President and asked him the difference between digital imaging on an object versus the Kolorfusion process. He explained to me that his is unfamiliar with the other company, but based on the description of the process, the Kolorfusion method actual opens the pores and becomes part of the material versus the the digital method that puts an image on top of the material. He went on to say that Kolorfusion offers a combination of unique characteristics such as durability (no wear and UV resistance), low processing costs and customization unmatched by any competing technologies (silk screen, decals, hand painting, and dye sublimation techniques using paper).
