I definately agree with you! Eventhough I've made some money on AAPL (due to averaging down), I must agree that my money would have been better invested in the likes of Dell or IBM, both of which I considered in Dec. of 1996. This is a great lesson not to let ones personal likes (I use Macs) and dislikes (Hate Windows) for a companys product take over sound investing principles. All that being said I'm not going to bail out of AAPL in the near term. I figure I've already missed the easy upward momentum on the other tech stocks, and maybe AAPL will announce some big news pretty soon! Lets hope!! Perry P.S. Thank your lucky stars that you don't own low flying semi stocks, like some of us do.
