It is my hope that DVNTF can use this contract and hopefully others as leverage to get new contracts. I have not seen the software in action (nor have I come across anyone over the net who has either)and I admit that I do not fully understand the specifics of how the software works, but having others verify and swear by DVNTF's authentication software will hopefully help make other companies want to have the software too. That is what I hope, at least. But, if everything I hoped for came true, I would not be a member of SI cuz I'd have Goldman Sachs manage my millions! :-)
