<< Dell is fairly valued at $55. >>

If you think that is fair I've got a loaf of bread I'll sell you for $20.00.

Both YHOO and DELL have a book value of ~$2.50 and are trading at ~40X and ~80X that respectively. Are you people crazy?

Now that I've finished loading up I'll point you to CMND a consulting company that is currently trading at book value. They IPO'd in March at $14 went up to $18 and then dropped to $4 after the original underwriters (who don't have a clue) dropped their rating from buy to hold. The reason they did that is because the company announced that they were gearing up to do other consulting work beyond their Y2K efforts. The announcement made perfect sense to me the Y2K work is going to hold up for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 years but then what? But the underwriters are only thinking about today and figured they were in trouble or something.

Something seems to be up though because the stock took a spike up from it's current trading range last week. The story was something was coming because the company started a major employee recruitment campaign. It fell back again so I've loaded up (margined to the hilt).

Anyway if you're looking for someplace to move your assets while this slide continues then check out CMND. I'm sure you'll be able to find the same info I did.
