Sorry, but still VERY much puzzled.

1) IMHO, they are much more than 4 weeks away from having
a working site with secured payment etc...
It took them more than that just to bring up a prototype
on the web.

2) One more letter of intend which gives them 4 weeks
visibility

3) what happened to the chat card business.
Not a single news for ages on this one.

Anyway, if people are confident with their investment.
