PARQ is a great candidate for January Effect trades -- despite clean balance sheet, individual investors see it's down 75%, sell for tax losses in Nov-Dec, and toward the middle of Dec to mid-January the price should go up as the selling pressure abates. There are few bargains in today's market, but this is one.
