Update, Phone Conversation with Brian of AGTI. Hello, I just got off the phone with Brian of AGTI, and thought I would tell you the question and answers. 1. Was the quarterly report due in November done? A. No. It was decided not to do the quarterly since they are currently non-reporting. They decided to work on the annual report instead. 2. Do they expect to be a full reporting company starting 1997? A. Yes. the paperwork is in. So they will report the annual in January. 3. The June 10th Press release stated they should have 8000-10000 Max Lites installed by end of 96. Is that on target? A. No. they ran into design problems, they have about 1100 installed. 4. Do they expect to open the Comanche indian site in Lawton Oklahoma? A. Yes. It should open 1st quarter of 97. Brian stated that at the rate of installation, they would be earning between $300,000 to $600,000 per month in the first quarter of 97. Regards, Duane.
