David-- I think this stock does this just prior to every earnings announcement and the announcements, as you know, have all been positive. My guess is that the folks who know something are playing the old game "drop the price, announce good earnings and buy back just before announcement. It is a closely held stock, earnings will be uneven anyway. I maybe wrong but I'm sticking around to see.
