re "You are a daytrader with questionable timing"
Questionable, no, terrible yes--why that day it ran up a few weeks ago, I got back in to the tune of 30k shares at 3/8ths, and then I had to sell half when I was immediately 20% underwater, as it sagged back to under thirty cents. On the other hand, you know what they say, a bird in the hand. I think you will do well Cytotekk if you're in for a decent price. As far as being a daytrader, no, I am not, I already had a position as you know--although til yesterday I didn't even know that trading had been suspended all that time!! I had unboomarked the subject and was going to hold til it hit my target. I usually hold things on a time scale of a few weeks to a several months. Why I even have two stocks that I will hold for a year probably, maybe more-- so I'm not exactly a daytrader.
I do have a real job, and while I have made more so far this year playing the market than at my job, I believe a lot of it was dumb luck and a hot market--no, I would not want to be a professional daytrader either.
I think your post could have been reasoned out a bit more before you saved it, but I can understand if you were a bit cranky, ideally, you would want everybody to hang on and let the MM's walk it up, unfortunately, as of the time I sold, the reverse was happening. Good luck and kind regards, Mike |
