12/4/96 SEC, Interactive Multimedia -2-: Cites Lack Of Information
WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)-- The Securities and Exchange Commission temporarily suspended trading of the securities of Interactive Multimedia Publishers Inc. (DROM) for two weeks.
The suspension began this morning and will end at 11:59 p.m. EST on Dec. 17.
The SEC said the suspension is due to a lack of current and accurate information about the company, especially with regard to its corporate history and the tradability of its shares.
