(OTC Bulletin Board: ITXX - news) to inform brokers and institutions about its proprietary trenchless ThermoSeal(TM) process of repairing and rehabilitating underground pipes, and its plans to consolidate that industry. ''Repair of existing pipe systems throughout the country has been mandated by the Environmental Protection Agency, through the enforcement of the Clean Water Act of 1987. They are backing that mandate up with multi-million dollar fines to municipalities. The potential municipal market for pipeline rehabilitation in the United States is estimated to be over $1 billion per year. Some estimates are as high as $7 billion per year.
