Infrastructure Technologies, Inc. Retains Broker Relations Specialists To Inform Wall Street Brokers About Its Plans To Consolidate The Underground Pipe Rehabilitation Industry

HILTON HEAD, S.C., July 7 /PRNewswire/

-- Guidera Communications announced it has been retained by Infrastructure Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ITXX - news) to inform brokers and institutions about its proprietary trenchless ThermoSeal(TM) process of repairing and rehabilitating underground pipes, and its plans to consolidate that industry.

''Repair of existing pipe systems throughout the country has been mandated by the Environmental Protection Agency, through the enforcement of the Clean Water Act of 1987. They are backing that mandate up with multi-million dollar fines to municipalities. The potential municipal market for pipeline rehabilitation in the United States is estimated to be over $1 billion per year. Some estimates are as high as $7 billion per year. Los Angeles alone estimates its renovation costs at about $5 billion over a few year period. Houston has budgeted $100 million per year for sewer rehab for the next several years. ITXX is well positioned to participate in these contracts,'' said Rosanne C. Oakley, President of Guidera.

She added: ''This is an environmentally driven market -- water conservation & anti-pollution create enormous potential. Pipes are repaired by injecting a molten wax-based material into the pipe. The wax is forced through any cracks or openings in the pipe & forms a matrix or 'bandage' with the adjoining soil underground on the exterior of the pipe. The wax used is EPA approved for food handling. It is environmentally safe and extremely economical.''

Infrastructure Technologies' CEO Mark Smith says: ''Over 30 cities offered to pay us for field demonstrations this summer. If they are successful, the cities will specify our ThermoSeal(TM) as an approved process and ITXX as the approved supplier. With water conservation & anti-pollution efforts prevalent around the country, the potential for rehabilitation of municipal sewer & water systems is enormous. We have the technology to get the job done, & we intend to acquire many existing underground service companies in our consolidation effort. By adding the technology & rolling up the existing companies, we should reach our short-term revenue goal in a very short time.''

Guidera Communications updates brokers throughout the United States on a one-to-one basis on behalf of its publicly traded clients.
